"I will not go to any other place I love Kelli and Dr Adl I used to work with them and I've been their patients. I've seen both sides and they are amazing at what they do. I drive 45 minutes and pass dozens of dental offices but I only feel comfortable with these two. I've had filling I've had extractions done, cleanings and I'm about to be getting Invisalign next week I can't wait."- L.W. / Facebook / Sep 07, 2018

What to Expect
Our dentists will make molds of the patient's upper and lower teeth and take oral X-rays, which will be taken to a dental laboratory near DentalWorks Facility One. The custom-made night guard will be made from top quality materials and mailed to our dentists at DentalWorks Facility One in Brookfield,WI. The patient will have their new night guard checked and fitted by our dentists, who may make little adjustments for the best fit.
While fitting the night guard, our dentists will give every patient more thorough care guidelines on how to clean and store their night guard. With good care, a night guard can be used for up to three years. The patient should clean the mouth guard before and after each use. Our dentists at DentalWorks Facility One will look for general wear at the patient's yearly dental examination and help the patient decide when the night guard needs to be repaired or replaced.
Some or all of the cost may be covered by dental insurance if the patient has noticeable wear on their dental enamel from clenching and grinding. DentalWorks Facility One can get the patient's benefits through their insurance company to estimate the patient's out-of-pocket expenses. For patients not using insurance or if their insurance company does not include the cost of a night guard, our dentists at DentalWorks Facility One accept many forms of payment and offers financing plans.
